<p>*Overview*<br/>We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role involves working collaboratively with our team (3 Dentist and 5 hygienists) to deliver comprehensive dental services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients. </p><p> You will be taking over a full patient schedule from a existing doctor who is moving away. The days will be Wednesday and Thursday. </p><p> We are a perio oriented office with a robust program and ongoing training </p><p>*Duties*</p><ul><li> Perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. </li><li> Develop treatment plans based on patient assessments and collaborate with the dental team to implement them effectively. </li><li> Utilize dental software such as Maxident for patient management and record keeping. </li><li> Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed. </li><li> Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and treatment options. </li><li> Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate. </li><li> Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols within the dental office. </li></ul><p>*Requirements*</p><ul><li> Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. </li><li> Active dental license in the state of practice. </li><li> Proficiency in using dental software application, we use Maxident </li><li> Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. </li><li> willingness to learn and support or perio program </li><li> Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. </li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. </li><li> Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry. </li></ul><p> Job Types: Part-time, Permanent </p><p> Pay: $15,000.00-$20,000.00 per month </p><p> Benefits: </p><ul><li> Extended health care </li><li> On-site parking </li><li> Profit sharing </li><li> Wellness program </li></ul><p> Schedule:<br/>* 8 hour shift </p><p> Work Location: In person </p>
