Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth clinic workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of clinic office procedures, experience with using JANE for scheduling, and experience with various insurance billing portals. The Clinic Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining compliance, optimizing patient care processes, and supporting the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experience.

Duties

  • Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows
  • Manage billing and insurance processing using JANE and various insurance portals
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate documentation of medical records
  • Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the clinic
  • Maintain a high standard of patient service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, and providing the utmost level of customer service
  • Collaborate with external vendors or partners as needed to support clinic operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in dental or medical office administration; experience with Jane, and insurance billing portals highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, and electronic medical records management
  • Experience in hospital or acute care settings is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Background in healthcare administration is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.68-$22.45 per hour
