This is an in-office role based in Oakville, Ontario, for professionals who want to lead strategy, not just manage tasks.

Your Role:You’re the bridge between strategy and execution, owning client success and campaign performance. You’ll:
- Be your accounts' primary point of contact, guiding clients from kickoff through results.
- Build and refine integrated digital marketing strategies that span SEO, PPC, Content, Web, Automation and full-funnel growth tactics.
- Use data and analytics to inform every recommendation you make and every meeting you lead.
- Host bi-weekly/ monthly performance reviews with clients, backed by real numbers and proactive insights.
- Act as a strategic advisor to your clients while collaborating closely with our internal SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams.
- Project manage and own budgets, performance KPIS, and campaign optimization initiatives.
- Own the quality and results of campaign delivery, with the autonomy to pivot when needed.
- You’ve spent at least 3+ years in a client-facing account or customer success role within a marketing agency environment.
- You bring deep knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and analytics tools.
- You’ve worked with North American B2B clients and understand their expectations around ROI and transparency.
- You manage multiple accounts confidently and thrive in an environment where autonomy is earned and expected.
- You’re a clear communicator, analytical thinker, and a proactive collaborator.
- You know how to prioritize what drives impact over busywork.
- You care about your work, details, and clients, and this shows in the outcomes you get.
- You are tech-savvy and embrace new technologies.
- 3–5 years of agency experience with client relationship ownership.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Paid Ads, and/or analytics.
- Experience managing budgets, campaign reporting, and full-funnel growth strategy.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- You are in Canada and eligible to work full-time in an office.
- Must be able to commute to Oakville, ON.
