<h3>Position Overview</h3><p>Reporting to the Manager, Radiology Support Services, the incumbent is responsible for the effective, efficient support to all of the modalities within the Diagnostic Imaging department including: ensuring timeliness, accuracy and quality services to clients.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative and clerical support to Diagnostic Imaging modalities.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous related experience required.</li>
<li>Previous experience using the Radiology Information System (RIS), Electronic Patient Record (EPR), e-chart and ISCV preferred.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Certification/Licensure/Registration</h3>
<ul>
<li>Not Applicable</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications And Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions and values.</li>
<li>Typing 50 wpm and medical terminology (pass mark 75%) required.</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Access) required.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written, and have excellent interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Physical Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Some lifting required. High volume area with frequent interruptions.</li>
</ul>
