Job Description
<p><h3><b>What You’ll Do</b></h3><p>Develop and lead <b>asymmetric, high-impact lead generation campaigns</b> across paid, owned, and earned channels — with an eye for value, not volume.</p>
<p><b>Design and execute a channel-first marketing strategy</b> that helps MSPs and MSSPs understand, adopt, and champion Beauceron as part of their security stack.</p>
<p>Deploy scrappy tactics such as:</p>
<ul>
<li>Guerilla campaigns at industry events to spark attention without massive spend.</li>
<li>Thought leadership and original content that drives home how Beauceron stands out.</li>
<li>Punchy, comparison-driven messaging that speaks to the pain points legacy security awareness and training incumbents ignore.</li>
<li>Leveraging partner marketing reach and grassroots momentum rather than paid saturation.</li>
</ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with the sales teams to define and support joint GTM efforts and <b>drive partner recruitment and channel partner sales.</b></li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty marketing team, while also <b>rolling up your sleeves</b>.</li>
<li>Shape and evangelize a compelling brand narrative that <b>differentiates Beauceron</b> in a saturated market of check-the-box training vendors.</li>
<li><b>Stay close to MSP/MSSP partner behavior,</b> customer insights, and competitive shifts — and use those insights to guide strategy and execution.</li>
<li>Treat every marketing dollar as an investment — <b>ruthlessly prioritize</b>, experiment leanly, double down on what drives results, and skip what doesn’t.</li>
<li>Represent Beauceron externally as a <b>trusted brand voice</b>, building relationships with analysts, industry leaders, media outlets, and event organizers.</li>
<h3><b>What Success Looks Like</b></h3>
<p><b>One month</b>: You’ve met key partners, assessed marketing gaps, and launched scrappy wins to generate leads.</p>
<p><b>Three months</b>: GTM engine in motion with multi-channel lead-gen campaigns live.</p>
<p><b>Twelve months</b>: Beauceron is a known, respected brand in the MSP/MSSP ecosystem, with measurable double-digit growth in partner-sourced revenue.</p>
<h3><b>What You Bring</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience marketing <b>B2B cybersecurity products through channel partners</b> (MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, or OEMs).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead marketing in a <b>resource-constrained, fast-moving environment</b>.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <b>partner enablement, co-selling motions, and reseller marketing dynamics</b>.</li>
<li>Track record of building marketing teams, mentoring talent, and scaling systems <b>without bloating headcount.</b></li>
<li>Proficiency with demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing operations.</li>
<li><b>Data-driven decision making</b>, with comfort across campaign analytics, pipeline metrics, and funnel conversion rates.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills to connect with executives, technical stakeholders, and partners alike.</li>
