We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to oversee the planning and coordination of financial statements, audits, and internal control improvements. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to support our evolving finance function.

About the Opportunity :

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and audits for US & Canadian entities with Senior Accountants.
  • Review statutory working papers, financial statements, and note disclosures prepared by the team. Manage WIP processes and external audit relationships.
  • Lead a small team of accountants, fostering development and performance.
  • Ensure effective control frameworks are built into processes and risks are identified and addressed as advised through Group Directors.
  • Drive process documentation and continuous improvement with Regional Heads of Financial Accounting.
  • Effective communication across Finance teams and regions, communicating at all levels of seniority and with external service providers.


About You :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or economics required.
  • Qualified CPA designation is required.
  • 7+ years post-qualification experience in end-to-end financial reporting and statutory accounting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP / Oracle / JDE and / or SAAS applications) preferred.
  • Team management experience with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
