Join our executive team as CFO. You’ll combine strategic leadership with financial acumen to shape sustainable prosperity for future generations. Core Responsibilities

Executive Leadership


  • Serve as a key member of the executive team contributing to enterprise-wide strategic decisions and organizational direction
  • Co-lead cross-functional initiatives with your peers (CEO, COO, etc.) to enable integrated solutions to complex business challenges
  • Share collective accountability with the executive team for organizational performance, cultural development, and strategic outcomes
  • Contribute to executive team cohesion through transparent communication, constructive conflict, and a unified leadership presence

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to all accounting functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization
  • Design and implement financial strategies supporting aggressive growth targets while maintaining fiscal responsibility
  • Partner with the CEO and Head of Acquisitions to evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, including integration of recent acquisitions
  • Build scalable financial infrastructure capable of supporting sustainable scaling across diverse business units

Governance & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as the key advisor to the Board on all financial matters
  • Oversee capital structure to maintain 51% Indigenous ownership while securing growth funding
  • Facilitate clear and effective financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Team Development


  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team with focus on operational leaders (i.e., Controller, etc.).
  • Act as a key contributor to the development and success of the Executive Team
  • Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of progressive professional financial experience with significant strategic responsibilities.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior or executive leadership role
  • Educational foundation with credential or designation (CPA, CFA, MBA, CGMA, etc.) in finance or related.
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, multi-entity, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Professional experience with Indigenous businesses and/or communities an asset
