Extensive knowledge and experience in SWO is an asset.</li><li><strong>Technical Expertise</strong>: Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods, as well as familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Proficient in using industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or Bluebeam).</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail</strong>: Ability to review plans, specifications, and drawings thoroughly to identify discrepancies, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.
