We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough carpet cleaning using power tools and hand tools to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Assess and identify the specific cleaning needs of each job, including stain removal and maintenance of carpet fibers.
• Execute heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or equipment to access areas that require cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the cleaning process.
• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled time frames while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the job are completed satisfactorily, including any necessary facilities maintenance tasks.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for effective carpet cleaning.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the cleaning process.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
