Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpentry Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and restoring a variety of structures and fixtures. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects and requires a commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities * Construct, assemble, and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials. * Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to determine accurate measurements and requirements. * Perform masonry-related tasks as needed, including concrete forming for foundations and structural elements. * Fabricate custom components with precision, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards. * Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps for enhanced durability and weather resistance. * Install siding and exterior finishes to improve structural aesthetics and performance. * Repair and restore existing structures by replacing or reinforcing damaged components. * Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintaining adherence to all safety protocols. * Collaborate with other tradespeople and project stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion. Required Skills and Qualifications * Proficiency in carpentry, masonry techniques, and concrete forming. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. * Experience in construction estimating is a plus. * Skilled in caulking, siding installation, and structural restoration. * Competence in the safe use of hand and power tools. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
