Brain Power Enrichment Programs Ltd.
Position: Campus Manager – West End (Etobicoke or Mississauga)
Reports to: Director of Campus Operations (Marilyn)
Location: Etobicoke and Mississauga, ON
Hours: 20-30 hours/week (evenings/weekends during the school year; daytime hours in summer)
Brain Power is not your typical education company. We’re a hub for Canada’s brightest young minds-and the inspiring educators and professionals who support them. Our faculty includes PhDs, innovators, award-winning scholars, and passionate teachers who are deeply committed to nurturing intellectual curiosity and academic excellence.
We’re looking for a Campus Manager to help bring that mission to life on the ground at our Etobicoke and Mississauga campus.
This is a part-time operations and leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting and wants to contribute to something bigger than just a job. If you’re organized, people-savvy, and excited to be surrounded by creative thinkers and high-achieving students, this is the place for you.
As Campus Manager, you’re the heartbeat of the campus. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, support instructors, answer family questions, and make sure each day runs smoothly and professionally.
You’ll also play a vital role in making our assessments and events shine-especially during our vibrant summer season. You will oversee evening and weekend class operations, prepare and set up classrooms with instructional materials, and ensure attendance tracking and room usage are accurate and complete. You will be the welcoming face for families, answering program-related questions and supporting on-site registration and assessment booking using our internal systems.
You’ll also collaborate closely with Academic Heads, Admissions, and Faculty to ensure a seamless student and family experience, and help coordinate make-up classes once our internal system is fully implemented.
During summer and peak periods, you’ll be involved in supporting open houses, assessments, and events-including helping prepare spaces, materials, and occasionally transporting supplies. (A vehicle is an asset but not required.)
What Success Looks Like
Your campus runs smoothly and efficiently, even during busy times. Families feel confident, informed, and well cared for. Instructors and students are supported with what they need to focus on learning.
Events, assessments, and special programs are executed with professionalism and attention to detail. You’re a steady and trusted presence that others rely on to keep things moving.
Love being in a learning-rich environment with creative energy all around you. You are naturally organized, calm under pressure, and driven by service and excellence.
You bring experience in operations, administration, education, or customer service. You’re comfortable with basic technology and systems (we provide training) and enjoy taking initiative and finding solutions. You’re available for evening and weekend shifts during the school year and daytime hours in the summer.
In the past, successful Campus Managers have come from a range of backgrounds including Early Childhood Educators, retired teachers, event managers, curriculum designers, and others with strong experience in people-facing roles and logistics. If you enjoy creating calm, structured environments where others can thrive-this could be the perfect role for you.
Room to Grow
At Brain Power, we believe in growing talent from within.
Many of our team leaders-including those in operations, admissions, and curriculum design-started in campus-based or part-time roles. This is a perfect opportunity to build your leadership path in a growing, mission-driven organization.
You’ll work alongside brilliant, passionate educators-including PhDs, scientists, authors, and researchers-who care deeply about student growth. You’ll play a key role in helping high-potential students discover their love of learning and find their voice.
You’ll be part of a vibrant, supportive culture that values intellectual depth, creativity, and human connection.
