Cake Decorator/Bakery Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled Cake Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Customer Service and Decorating cakes, bringing artistic flair to our store.

Duties
– Design and decorate a variety of cakes according to customer requests
– Ensure the quality and presentation of all cakes meet the bakery’s standards
– Utilize various tools and techniques to create visually appealing cake designs
– Assist with baking and preparing cake components when needed
– Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards

Experience
– Previous experience in cake decorating or a related field is preferred
– Knowledge of food safety, and food handling practices
– Familiarity with working in a kitchen or restaurant environment
– Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and fulfill their cake decoration requests
– Ability to package and present cakes attractively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.14 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
