<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Join to apply for the <b>C# and C++ Equity / Analytics Developer</b> role at <b>Synechron</b>.</p><p>We are looking for an intermediate C# developer to work on a pricing infrastructure migration project for Global Equity Derivative. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, distributed pricing infrastructure, pricing and risk management systems, workflow automation, process migration, and production support tooling.</p><p>Synechron is a global consulting firm delivering digital solutions across Artificial Intelligence, Consulting, Digital, Cloud & DevOps, Data, and Software Engineering for financial services and technology clients.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Implement solutions and coordinate production process migration with the support team.</li><li>Assist with user adoption of technology solutions by providing user training and liaising with development personnel to improve user experience.</li><li>Revamp existing technology to improve scalability, efficiency, and performance.</li><li>Proactively provide status reports to global and local management.</li><li>Participate in design and development of tools and applications to support pricing infrastructure and related business areas.</li><li>Identify system deficiencies, engage partners, determine corrective actions, and develop technical solutions.</li><li>Support, debug, and troubleshoot system/software deficiencies.</li><li>Review business requirements and contribute to functional specifications and technology deliverables.</li><li>Learn necessary development tools to be an effective developer.</li><li>Deliver user training, publish release notes, and perform release tasks.</li><li>Profile and optimize system performance.</li><li>Improve production support documentation and tooling.</li><li>Improve CI/CD pipeline for existing business technology.</li><li>Assist with technology updates.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience using C#.</li><li>3+ years of professional experience using C++.</li><li>Proficient in multi-threaded programming.</li><li>Proficient in service-oriented architecture.</li><li>Proficient in compute/task distribution.</li><li>Experience with SQL Server or equivalent relational DBMS.</li><li>Experience with JSON and XML.</li><li>Experience using or developing web services.</li><li>Experience with Kubernetes.</li><li>Experience with AWS or Azure.</li><li>Experience with DevOps pipeline.</li><li>Experience supporting production environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred, but not required</h3><ul><li>Experience with DataSynapse Grid.</li><li>Experience with Python.</li><li>Experience with Equity Derivative Products.</li><li>Experience with KEDA.</li><li>Experience in capital markets.</li></ul><h3>We offer</h3><ul><li>A multinational organization with 58 offices in 21 countries and the possibility to work abroad.</li><li>15 days (3 weeks) of paid annual leave plus an additional 10 days of personal leave (floating days and sick days).</li><li>Comprehensive insurance plan including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability.</li><li>Flexible hybrid policy.</li><li>RRSP with employer’s contribution up to 4%.</li><li>Higher education certification policy.</li><li>Udemy for Business access for all Synechron employees with free access to more than 5000 courses.</li><li>Coaching opportunities with experienced colleagues from FinLabs and CoE groups.</li><li>Projects with leading tier-one banks and financial institutions.</li><li>Diverse, global work culture.</li></ul><h3>Diversity & Inclusion</h3><p>Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture.
