Translate these into clear specifications for development teams.</li><li><strong>Process & Data Analysis</strong></li><li> Analyze existing business processes and current solution</li><li><strong>Documentation</strong>, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Maintain documentation in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro </li><li><strong>Testing & Quality Assurance</strong></li><li> Contribute to test strategy, test case creation, and execution. Validate that solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.</li><li><strong>Project Support</strong></li><li> Assist in project planning and execution. Track progress, manage risks, and support delivery within scope and timelines.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, business or a related field</li><li><strong>7+ years</strong> of work experience in a <strong>business systems analyst </strong>role</li><li>Experience with<strong> Category Management - preferred.</strong></li><li>Experience with<strong> B2B projects - preferred</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Agile SCRUM methodologies</strong> and software development lifecycles.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>business process modelling, data analysis, and reporting</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in <strong>healthcare, pharma, or supply chain</strong> domains is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Owners.</li><li>Ability to lead without formal authority and influence outcomes across teams.</li><li><strong>JIRA, Confluence</strong>, Miro, Smartsheet, Excel</li><li>Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems</li><li><strong>Agile certification - an asset</strong></li><li>CBAP certification - an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>TO APPLY: </p>
