Our people are what make OSL an award-winning, leading sales and operational organization.As a Business Sales Agent at OSL, you”ll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving B2B sales and market penetration within the MDU sales vertical, specifically targeting property management companies and property managers.
Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, you”ll utilize your passion for sales and customer service to engage with clients, build relationships, and achieve targets in Ontario.Here’s where you come in:Drive outbound marketing efforts to generate leads and expand Amazon Key’s presence within the multi-family housing sector.Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to engage property managers, owner/operators, and other key decision-makers.Schedule and lead in-person and virtual sales presentations to showcase the value of Amazon Key solutions.Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales funnel from initial interest to installation.Strategically position Amazon Key as the preferred access solution by understanding customer needs and pain points.Provide regular updates on outreach activities, sales pipeline, and market feedback to the Sales Team Manager.Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize sales impact.Represent Amazon Key with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset.Perform any other duties as needed to drive marketing and sales success.Do you have the keys to success?Experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales, ideally targeting property managers or real estate professionals.Proven ability to drive engagement through cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting strategies.Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to effectively convey Amazon Key’s value.Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing a high-volume outreach pipeline.Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs.Required to work either in our Mississauga office or in the field 5 days a week (based on business needs).Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings.A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are required.What’s Offered: Competitive compensation package, including base pay, commissions, and incentives that can total up to $50,000 – $70,000 per yearComprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage.Tools for success, including smartphone and branded company materials.Paid training program to help you succeed in your role.Ongoing support and coaching from the sales team and management.Flexible work schedule with opportunities for advancement and career growth.Why OSL?We are stoked to announce thatOSL Retail Serviceshas been recognized as a Winner in LinkedIn’s 2021 Talent Awards!The Talent Awards are a celebration of teams around the world who are moving the talent industry forward in innovative ways and we are thrilled to announce thatOSL Retail Serviceshas taken 1st place in the category of ‘Best Culture of Learning (1,000-10,000 employees)’.This award is particularly special to our organization as we continue to drive a culture of#belongingacross the organization through learning and development.
