<p><b>Job Description:</b> The HRBP is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters.</p>

<h3>Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law</li>
<li>3-5 years' experience in Human Resources</li>
</ul>
<h3>Licenses</h3>
<ul>
<li>Valid Class 5 driver's license</li>
</ul>
<h3>Other Education and Training</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Business Administration is acceptable</li>
<li>Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable</li>
<li>Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable</li>
<li>Undergraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration</li>
</ul>
