We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Eastern Canada and the U.S., delivering innovative, non-GMO ingredient solutions to leading brands in sports nutrition, bakery, dairy alternatives, and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive B2B sales growth through strategic outreach, lead generation, and relationship building
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, QA, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and represent the brand globally (25-35%)

You Bring:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in food ingredients (F&B or CPG a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Valid travel documentation for U.S. and EU
