Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager – Business Development/Client Relationship

Key Roles and Responsibilities :


Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Create an opportunity pipeline by connecting with businesses, local government, ministries across the region to communicate BLS’s value proposition.

Create/ update the stakeholder network and build multi-level connects; Create awareness about BLS and build relationships with businesses/ ministries


Establish and maintain connects with key government officials and business in the target to sense early opportunities.

Maintain and expand relationships with key/all customers.

Collaborate with the operations teams in assigned geographies to create a market penetration plan for target markets/domains/functions


Assist the senior leadership and functions across regions in taking appropriate decisions on account strategy.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships for growth.

Build customer relationships and drive bid success.


Qualification & Experience Required :

Local candidates are preferred or candidates with local experience.

Candidate with good network in Government institutions/ministries/embassies/diplomats.


Between 7-20 years of experience in business development, dealing with government contracts and procurement in travel, hospitality, IT Services, Aviation, Government institutions.
