About the Role
A Taleo Client is undergoing an HRIS transformation, moving from PeopleSoft to Dayforce. They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Dayforce expertise to join their HRIS project team. This role will primarily focus on the Identity Management module.
You will act as a hybrid PM/BA, responsible for coordinating tasks within the Identity Management module and ensuring successful cutover activities.
This role is fully remote, and is a contract role, with an initial term of 9 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Gather, document, and validate requirements for the Identity Management solution.
- Analyze current PeopleSoft-driven identity processes and define future-state workflows in Dayforce.
Project Coordination
- Assist the Project Manager in managing task lists, cutover activities, and deliverables for the Identity Management Epic.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality.
Implementation Support
- Validate configurations and integrations during testing phases.
- Ensure business rules for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding are accurately implemented in Dayforce
- Participate in UAT and provide feedback to ensure solution meets business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Dayforce experience required
- Experience in Identity Management
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, role changes, offboarding).
- Previous experience transitioning from legacy systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) to modern HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and coordinate activities in a fast-paced project environment.
