He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder, Nicola Kilner.</p><p>We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!</p><p><b>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Business Analyst</b>, that will be a subject matter expert working closely with our <b>Finance Team</b>. This position is a full-time, <b>contract</b> ending on <b>December 31st, 2026</b>. This position will be based out of our Head office in <b>Liberty Village</b> and offers a <b>hybrid work schedule</b> of 2-3 days a week in-office.</p><p><b>WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE</b></p><ul><li>Provide overall vision and ERP system expertise and supporting modules to solution continuous improvement</li><li>Prioritize scope items related to Finance measuring business impact, complexity, delivery, and training</li><li>Collaborating with business users to understand their challenges and help solve those challenges by leveraging D365 and other systems. Translating global and local business needs into system and application solutions and assisting in creating test cases for QA testing and UAT</li><li>Gathering requirements from multiple sources and translating those requirements to a set of documented needs: i.e., business requirements documentations and functional specification documentations</li><li>Identifying business solutions tools and data flows, and developing workflow diagrams with multiple swim lanes using industry standard tools</li><li>Working closely with software developers, project managers, and quality assurance (business users) to translate business requirements into successful technical deliveries</li><li>Working closely with Finance & Accounting to ensure operational ERP information flows flawlessly into the Financials, specifically AR, AP, and GL</li><li>Assist in prioritizing project deliverables and roadmap – sprint reports, design decisions, CRP test cases, modifications</li></ul><p><b>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE</b></p><ul><li>Three (3) or more years of experience as a IT Business Analyst</li><li>Ability to elicit requirements, document current state and future state business process flows, provide GAP analysis and propose viable solutions to business issues</li><li>Strong understanding of Procure to Pay (Purchasing, Production, AP Invoicing, AP Payment) & Order to Cash (B2B/B2C Orders, Invoicing, Flow of Goods, Cash)</li><li>Proficient in financial business processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Tax, and Supply Chain Finance (Production and Inventory)</li><li>Experience in D365 or SAP preferred</li></ul><p><b>WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM</b></p><p>There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
