We are currently looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Building Cleaner.
As a Building Cleaner with IFC, you'll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and inviting environments for our retail clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Independently:Complete cleaning tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Collaborate as a Team:Coordinate with teammates via online platforms to meet shared cleaning and maintenance goals.
- Floor Care:Carry out floor cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail and care for finishes.
- Facility Cleaning:Ensure retail and commercial spaces are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable.
- Follow Safety Protocols:Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Deliver Exceptional Service:Uphold IFCs high standards of customer satisfaction through professional, consistent service.
- Meet Performance Standards:Support ongoing quality through regular inspections and performance evaluations (KPIs).
- Training & Mentorship:No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support for all new hires.
- Subcontractor Opportunities:Available for individuals or small businesses looking to expand their services with IFC.
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
