This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your strategic leadership, coaching expertise, and in-depth knowledge of personal and cash management banking.</p><h3>Your Job</h3><ul><li>Ensure the delivery of a personalized and proactive client experience across all channels and touchpoints.</li><li>Meet the objectives of business growth, client satisfaction, and team development.</li><li>Grow deposits, lending, and full-service relationships, including banking and wealth products.</li><li>Apply sound risk and operational management, aligned with regulatory and internal policies.</li><li>Coach, mentor, and engage employees for performance and career development.</li><li>Identify and pursue local business opportunities to build strong community and client relationships.</li></ul><h3>Your Team</h3><p>Within the Red Deer branch, you are part of a team of dedicated professionals and you will have 7 direct reports.
