Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle full-cycle bookkeeping within QuickBooks Online, including AP, AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end tasks.

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry, payment runs, collections follow-up, and reconciliation.

  • Maintain accurate and timely bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.

  • Support purchasing activities: issue purchase orders, communicate with vendors, and track inventory-related spend.

  • Prepare and analyze data using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation for reporting.

  • Collaborate with on-site teams across departments to support day-to-day financial operations.

  • Maintain organized documentation, ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed effectively.

    Job Requirements:

  • QuickBooks Online certification and strong working knowledge of QBO.

  • 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a similar role.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

  • Experience with purchasing and vendor communication, including issuing POs and tracking spend.

  • Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working on-site in a team environment.
