Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a forward-thinking financial technology company in their search for a Blockchain/FX Developer. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a proprietary CRM system for a rapidly expanding CFD/Forex brokerage. As a key member of the in-house development team, you'll tackle complex challenges and drive innovation in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing development and optimization of a mission-critical CRM platform
- Conduct thorough testing, including stress and strength evaluations, to ensure system reliability
- Swiftly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues to maintain seamless operations
- Collaborate with customer success teams to address user-reported concerns efficiently
- Contribute to strategic planning for future platform enhancements and scalability
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, and API integration
- Familiarity with financial trading concepts and terminology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across time zones
