Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols across Amico projects. Act as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related inquiries and activities. Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Oversee the integration of BIM with other project management and design tools. Stay updated on BIM technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with team members. Establish and maintain project data environments (e.g., Common Data Environment, CDE). Oversee the extraction and reporting of data for 3D clashes, 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimation, and facility management. Oversee the integration of BIM with other project management and design tools. Lead the adoption of BIM technologies and processes within Amico. Conduct model audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering and construction management Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM management or related roles in the Construction industry. Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud – Build, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Bentley Synchro 4D or similar tools Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
