Position Summary
Working in a small team, the Billing Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all billable transactions are processed and recorded accurately and timely. The ideal candidate is someone who is a good communicator and has excellent time management and attention to detail skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Processing customer invoices from sales orders and work orders
· Batch billing out of scope T&M
· Billing of travel recovery and intercompany charges
· Monthly software subscription billing
· Performing other accounting tasks as required
Qualifications
· Minimum of one (1) year accounting experience
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
- Works well as part of a team and willing to be a supportive team player
- Excellent data entry skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in an office environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of the various controls and procedures within the accounting department
- Experience using an accounting software
