<p>Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Mandarin/Cantonese)</p><p> Tenure: Full-Time</p><p> Location: North York, ON</p><p> Pay Rate: $20/hr</p><p>Schedule</p><ul><li><strong>Training (6 weeks):</strong> Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li><li><strong>After Training – Rotating Schedule:</strong></li><li><strong>Week 1:</strong> Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM</li><li><strong>Week 2:</strong> Four weekdays, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM + Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Saturday hours may vary slightly)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Agents (Mandarin/Cantonese + English) to join our team in North York. This role offers full-time hours, structured training, growth opportunities, and performance-based incentives.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Handle inbound customer inquiries in <strong>Mandarin or Cantonese and English</strong>.</li><li>Assist clients with billing, scheduling, and account support.</li><li>Provide professional, courteous, and accurate customer service.</li><li>Meet performance and service quality standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Fluency in <strong>Mandarin or Cantonese and English</strong> (written and verbal).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Prior customer service experience is an asset.</li><li>Ability to work rotating shifts and Saturdays.</li><li>Comfortable in both in-office and remote work environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
