Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Length: 12 Month Contract

Location: London, ON (4 days in office)

Hours: 7:00am - 6:00pm (work day is 8 hours)

Must be fluent French and English




Description



  • Educates customers on product information, applications, and usage recommendations
  • Manages technical documentation requests efficiently
  • Communicates clearly and professionally via phone, chat, and written correspondence
  • Serves as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of products, applications, and internal resources
  • Handles product complaints, returns, and crisis situations with urgency and accuracy
  • Provides timely and effective solutions and recommendations to customer issues
  • Accurately documents all customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Triages incoming communication and investigates issues using internal platforms and tools

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (completed and verified) and 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
  • OR High school diploma/GED (completed and verified) and 6+ years of customer service or sales experience
