Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both French and English to support our client's Surgical, Vision Care, Key Account, Pharmaceutical, and Internal stakeholders. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to accuracy and high-quality service.
  • Pay Rate: $ 25.00/hour

  • Schedule: flexible shifts 8-4 and 10-6

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and faxes from customers with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Enter, process, and troubleshoot orders received through phone, fax, and email.
  • Manage special order types such as equipment billing, auto shipments, consignment orders, custom-pak orders, and returns.
  • Address routine to complex customer inquiries with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Complete and process credit requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot and correct EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) order errors.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are properly documented.
  • Manage personal performance metrics, including attendance and schedule adherence.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, policies, and procedures through training and ongoing learning .
Qualifications:
  • Secondary School Diploma (High School).
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Certificate in a related field.
  • Fluency in English an French(verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing role preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and standard office software.
  • Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality service
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
