Bilingual Customer Service Representative Full-Time/Permanent Location: Mississauga, ON Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00pm Salary: $75K+ As a global medical technology leader for more than 35 years, their mission is to transform lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients. Full Benefits on first day of employment Key Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s order is processed and filled in a timely manner Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries Required Qualifications: Bilingual French and English at a professional level 2-3 years’ experience in Product Order Management Knowledge of ERP systems SAP is an asset
