What You’ll Do

You will review credit risks and fraud indicators, assess merchant activity, and respond to inquiries from internal teams and clients. Your focus will be on re-adjudication cases, providing insights that support compliance, fraud prevention, and credit decisioning.

Responsibilities

  • Apply credit policies to re-adjudicate merchant accounts
  • Review flagged merchants for transaction anomalies or volume changes
  • Respond to inquiries from merchants and internal fraud and credit teams
  • Conduct in-depth credit risk assessments of high-risk accounts
  • Analyze personal, business, and financial information
  • Collaborate with the Fraud Group to monitor high-risk merchant behavior
  • Communicate credit policies and decisions to customers when needed
  • Provide support to peers during projects, vacation coverage, and peak volume

Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • 3+ years of experience in credit analysis or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with personal and commercial credit bureau analysis
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable explaining credit policies and complex decisions
  • Payment industry experience is an asset
  • Salary range: $56,800 to $79,520
