<p> Our client, a large national call center is seeking bilingual (French/English) candidates to join their Toronto team. The representative will process email and phone inquiries relating to building maintenance, as well as other specialized services. <p></p><p><b>**Candidates for this role must be available to rotate through shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the call center operates on a 24/7/365 schedule. </b></p><p></p><p> Requirements for the role: </p><ul><li><b> Bilingual; strong communication skills in both French and English, oral and written. </b></li><li>1 year of customer service experience. </li><li> Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed. </li><li> Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, and Excel. </li><li> Sound problem solving abilities and sound judgment. </li><li> Outstanding organizational skills including the ability to maintain an effective balance between multiple and competing priorities. </li><li> Possesses strong interpersonal skills, team player. </li><li> Handle the flow of calls each day independently. </li><li> Receive, record, and handle requests, complaints, inquiries and communications from stakeholders. </li><li> Provide effective customer service to clients, through oral and written communication. </li><li> Professionally handle and resolve complex, and challenging client complaint issues. </li><li> Liaise with internal departments, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve client inquiries. </li><li> Demonstrate consistent adherence to organizational Best Practices. </li></ul><p></p><p> Thanks in advance to all the applicants!</p>Create Your Resume First
