They are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented <strong>BDR</strong>. This role combines lead generation, customer outreach, and key sales administration duties to ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable interacting with both customers and internal teams.<br><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, online research, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest.</li><li>Collaborate with sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in Salesforce.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Lead Generation:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in maintaining pricing lists, promotional documents, and distributor data.</li><li>Assist in the tracking of sales team expenses.</li><li>Support customer service in processing sales orders and input customer information accurately in the system as needed.</li><li>Research and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Industry directories).</li><li>Qualify incoming inquiries and assess potential fit for UCAN products.</li><li>Maintain and grow a database of prospects using CRM tools (e.g., customer data, lead status, next steps)).</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Sales Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate introductory calls and meetings for the outside sales team.</li><li>Provide product information, pricing, and support to potential clients.</li><li>Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Customer Relationship Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers.</li><li>Build rapport and trust with decision-makers and influencers.</li><li>Track interactions and feedback in CRM to ensure proper follow-up and pipeline health.</li></ul><p><strong><br />Market Intelligence:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor industry trends, construction projects, and competitor activity.</li><li>Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to support strategy development.</li></ul><p><strong><br />Sales Administration:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in maintaining pricing lists, promotional documents, and distributor data.</li><li>Assist in the tracking of sales team expenses.</li><li>Support customer service in processing sales orders and input customer information accurately in the system as needed.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in the construction or industrial products sector).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of fastening products or construction industry is a strong asset.</li><li>Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>60-70k, Vacation.
