Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering drink recommendations
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with setup for events such as banquets or catering functions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service during busy periods
- Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Ensure adherence to all health regulations related to food safety and alcohol service
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills or change accurately
- Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or bars
- Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry is advantageous
