The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.<br><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective customers.</li><li>Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company’s services.</li><li>Qualify leads and gather key information to determine potential interest.</li><li>Set appointments or transfer interested leads to sales representatives or account managers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer information in the CRM.</li><li>Meet or exceed <span >daily/weekly/monthly</span> call and conversion targets.</li><li>Handle objections and questions confidently and professionally.</li><li>Follow up with prospects as needed.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in B2B outbound calling.</li><li>Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role (preferred).</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Job Type: </strong>Part-time</p></p></p>
