• Support the migration process of ADW On-premises to AWS cloud.
• Platform support for Prod, QA and Dev environments.

• Configure, Maintain and Support Control Tower – AWS Organizations to manage AWS accounts.
• Configure and Maintaining Private link in AWS environments.
• Applying Security and Environment related Patches to EC2 machines based on approval
• Troubleshoot issues related to scope of MSP support components (VPCs, EC2s, S3, EBS)
• After resolution of issue, create RCA (root cause analysis) document with remediation steps (preventative actions).
• Change Requests & Problem mgmt.
• Storage management, managing EBS volumes, and managing servers.
• Creating and managing S3 buckets, S3/Glacier lifecycle policy creation and optimization.
• Work with InfoSec for Implementing security mechanisms, including deployment of security rules to be used in conjunction with security hardware and software.
• Maintain AWS best practices and CIS benchmark above 90%.
• As per Control Tower requirements Implement and Maintain Security Control Policies and Guard Rails as per Compliance requirements
• Support IAM Matrix of User access to Data Lake based on new Migration.
• Analyze and support the WLM of Jobs based on new Migration Setup.
• Configure/Support the Config Rules and Alerts based on Utilization of S3/Glacier on Data Lake and Redshift.
• Reviews database usage & provides analysis to customer for system improvements and enhancements in sync with Redshift and Data Lake.
• Configure/Support EKS for Development projects.
• Recommend Cost Optimization measures for utilizing of Storage services based on Redshift.
• Provides support guidance on Tuning and optimizing Redshift database performance. Perform security incident response
o Needs to collaborate with IT Ops team for incident management activities
§ Cloud trail integrated with SIEM and L1 team shall intimate Cyber security team to work on security related alerts generated for cloud workloads via SIEM post initial diagnosis by L1 team).
• Support for providing Resolution to database Connectivity problems, escalating more complex DB issues to DB team.
• Vulnerability Assessment (Via Tool: AWS Inspector, which is a cloud Vulnerability Assessment Tool) monthly (work with and notify Information Security, IT Ops, and Networking team on any new patching activities. Remediation of vulnerabilities shall be handled and managed by respective stakeholders.
• Provide Support in ETL and data modelling on AWS ecosystem service Red Shift Experience in database concepts physical and logical modelling.
• Support of Security & Monitoring of Lambda/Glue/Step Functions and VPC related to the Data Lake.
• Support Integration and Accessibility of Different environments (Non Prod/Prod) under Control Tower Setup.
• Adheres to the MSP support incident management flow (refer to page 11 & 12)
• Perform operations by using the AWS Management Console and the AWS CLI
• Implement security controls to meet compliance requirements.
• IAM – Configure and maintain Users access to AWS accounts.
• Configure, Maintain and support Security Hub for AWS Best practices and CIS Compliance.
• Configure and provide SOC1&SOC2 Reports using AWS Artifact service
• Work with InfoSec for implementing security mechanisms, including deployment of security rules to be used in conjunction with security hardware and software
• Support on indexing, replicating and performing disaster recovery services across multiple AWS regions.
• Configure/Maintain and support Directory Service for SSO management/AD Authentication.
• Amazon Connect application setup and user access provisioning.
• Salesforce Private Link/NLB setup, monitor and maintaining.
• Deployment of RapidMiner and MuleSoft application on EC2 server.
• AWS infrastructure will handle certificate management by tracking expiry and proactively submit requests with HAEA team and follow up for certificate extension.
• AWS Infrastructure team will follow SOPs to run Glue jobs, Lambda functions, or instructions for any maintenance activities as provided by application.
These SOPs will be used for post-validation once the maintenance downtime is complete. Application team has the responsibility to create the SOPs and for complex activities, the app team will be available to join and conduct thorough post-maintenance testing to ensure everything is functioning as expected.
