As a Service Advisor, you’ll work with premium BMW vehicles, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive team that values your success.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide a VIP service experience from drop off to pickup
- Stay up to date on the latest models, features, and industry trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly service and CSI targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive service capacity (BMW experience is a plus!)
- Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
