This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for someone experienced clinically coupled with a keen interest in marketing and business growth.</p><p><em><strong>*We are offering an extensive relocation & retention bonus for this opportunity!*</strong></em></p><p><strong>What the role entails:</strong></p><p>In your initial 30 days, you will undergo comprehensive training that familiarizes you with HearCANADA’s policies, procedures, and operational standards. This training will include a blend of in-person and virtual learning sessions.</p><p>During the following 30 days, your focus will shift to building brand awareness and cultivating community relationships in the local area, supported by a dedicated marketing team.</p><p>Upon the centre’s opening and ongoing, you will play a pivotal role in daily operations, delivering outstanding client care in hearing services.</p><p><strong>What’s in it for you:</strong></p><ul><ul><li>$85,000 - 110,000 base earnings and eligibility into our variable compensation program with overall package potential of $135,000+</li><li>Employer-funded benefits (starting on day one) with additional healthcare spending account</li><li>RRSP program + employer matching</li><li>Paid vacation and personal days</li><li>Education Assistance and Professional Development programs</li><li>Mentorship and internal mobility opportunities</li></ul></ul><p><strong>What you will do: </strong></p><ul><li>Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological <span >assessments/diagnostics</span> and hearing evaluations</li><li>Counselling patients in hearing health education, results, and solutions through our variety of products and services</li><li>Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients</li><li>Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended</li><li>Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls</li><li>Act as a liaison with physicians’ offices and other referral sources to maximize opportunities, and utilize effective marketing strategies to generate new business</li></ul><p><strong>What we're seeking:</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program</li><li>Registered with CASLPM (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists in Manitoba) or NBC-HIS (National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences) in good standing</li><li>Strong knowledge of hearing health care products and services, with experience in diagnostics and dispensing</li><li>Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for business development and fostering community partnerships through marketing initiatives</li><li>Experience in event planning, lead generation, and business development considered a significant asset</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and community partners</li><li>Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office applications</li></ul><p><em>HearCANADA is committed to equitable employment practices and encourages applications from individuals with disabilities.
