KOL Buyer Associate Partner.
The role will be responsible to drive the development of content/influencer marketing business as a form of service or product for clients as well as a tool to support the growth of digital business for GroupM agencies.

Responsibilities Of The Role
Planning Delivery
Supervise KOL Buying Group Head and entire division in ensuring on time, in full delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring SLA followed by clients
Lead in campaign delivery tracker management per brand / business unit
Supervise KOL Buying Group Heads and Managers in KOL Delivery performance phasing, monitoring performance metrics based on committed plan
Liaising with KOL Planning team to understand the approved KOL content plan is aligned with Buying strategy
Oversee KOL Group Heads anad Managers in ensuring quality KOL briefing is on time and aligned with planned performance
Support KOL Buying Lead in tracking KOL Pricing per brand and manage inflation pricing through negotiation
Lead inventory management for the client assigned, ensuring inventory is at par and competitive with overall GOAT / GroupM inventory demand.
Enforce 100% usage of KOL inventory and profile vetting using GroupM analytics and planning tools (i.e. GOAT Brand AI or IBEX, TikTok Marketplace)
Supervise KOL Buying Managers to follow buying template and buying strategy
Liaise with Trading manager to determine effectiveness of cost / cost benchmark
Campaign Management
Ensure the daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign performance, updating campaign performance report regularly
Monitor daily creator content, if implementation is following aligned and approved KOL brief
Liaise with client on KOL content approval, driving quality checks on details following brief and client directions
Relationship Management
Build Relationships with influencers to ensure smooth workflow and brand relationship
Update GOAT database on performance/campaign benchmarks
Liaise with Trading lead to determine effectiveness of cost / cost benchmark
Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign performance, updating campaign performance report as needed
Update GOAT database on performance/campaign benchmarks
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree preferred
6 to 8 years relevant experience in advertising agency, PR agency, social media agency or influencer marketing agency.
Understand influencer landscape overall
Have a good experience in handling influencer marketing projects
Knowledge of creative/media agency ecosystem
Able to read, write and speak in English effectively
Able to work in a highly multicultural environment
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Problem solving attitude
