What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Director, Cyber and Technology Risk Reporting & Analytics, this position plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and reporting IT risks to support risk management and compliance efforts. The IT Risk Reporting and Analytics professional is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing IT risk data to support informed decision-making by senior management.

This role involves developing predictive models, automating risk assessments, and providing actionable insights to enhance cybersecurity, compliance, and operational resilience.

What will you do?

Risk Data Analytics

Use statistical modeling and advance data visualization platforms to conduct in-depth analysis of IT trends and identify latent correlations, patters, and emerging threats. Use statistical methodologies and data-driven techniques to quantify and model risk exposure. Conduct predictive analytics pipelines to generate actionable insights for proactive risk monitoring and other O&C activities. Design, develop and implement machine learning models to assess IT security risks, detect anomalies, and predict potential threats. Support risk leads, facilitating deep dives into analytic outputs and delivering structured and documented dataset to meet specific granularity requirements. Analyze, test, deliver and continuously enhance IT/Cyber risk assessment methodologies (IRR, LE scoping, CJ, etc.).

Automation & Monitoring

Develop and implement IT/ Cyber risk models to facilitate 2LoD oversight across diverse data sources (CMDB, Findings, TPCs, etc.). Automate risk assessment and monitoring processes using AI and machine learning tools. Build real-time dashboards to track security events, vulnerabilities, and compliance violations.

Governance, Compliance & Regulatory Support

Support risk assessments, regulatory and audit exams by providing analytical insights. Develop automated processes to continuous compliance monitoring against relevant IT Frameworks, policies, and standards Support risk assessments, regulatory and audit exams by providing analytical insights. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

Provide training or guidance on IT risk reporting tools and methodologies.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

University degree, or equivalent 7 years in the financial services or other regulated industries 5 years’ experience in development of Risk Analytics and Reporting 5 years’ experience in in risk identification, aggregation, analysis, and ranking Strong metrics and performance management background including data management and analysis. Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and advance visualization platforms (e.g. Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and BI Tools like Tableau or Power BI) Proficiency in data analytics (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Excel).

Nice-to-have:

Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks and compliance standards. Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, IT controls, and risk assessment methodologies. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
