*Associate Dentist – Full Time | Sooke, BC*<br /><br />We are seeking an experienced *Associate Dentist* to join our friendly, patient-focused dental practice in beautiful *Sooke, British Columbia*.<br /><br />This full-time position is to replace a departing dentist in a well-established, family-oriented clinic with a loyal patient base and a supportive team.<br /><br />*About the Practice:*<br /><br />* 5 fully equipped operatories<br />* Paperless office using Power Practice software<br />* Emphasis on patient comfort and care – our goal is to provide exceptional dental treatment in a welcoming, relaxed environment<br />* Full-scope general dentistry including extractions, root canals, implants, Invisalign, and oral/nitrous sedation<br /><br />*What We Offer:*<br /><br />* Full-time hours (4–5 days per week)<br />* Saturday's are mandatory<br />* 40% compensation<br />* Established patient base – step into a fully booked schedule<br />* Supportive, experienced clinical and administrative team<br />* Collaborative work environment with opportunities for mentorship and growth<br /><br />*Requirements:*<br /><br />* Graduate of an accredited DDS/DMD program or successful completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process<br />* Licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC (CDSBC)<br />* Valid CPR certification<br />* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (no new graduates)<br />* *Proficient and confident in:*<br /><br />Extractions<br /><br />Root canal therapy<br /><br />Implants<br /><br />Invisalign<br /><br />* Oral sedation and nitrous oxide license<br />* Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent patient care<br /><br />Come be part of a warm, collaborative team in one of Vancouver Island’s most scenic communities.
