About the Opportunity:
Westmount Dental is seeking a friendly, motivated Associate Dentist to take over an existing patient base as one of our doctors moves overseas. With an established patient base, 200+ new patients per month and a clinic expansion coming in early 2026, this is an ideal opportunity to grow quickly in a supportive, modern environment.
Whether you're a new grad or an experienced associate, you'll enjoy strong mentorship, advanced technology, and the volume needed to build confidence fast.

Schedule Two-Week Rotation:
- Week 1 - Mon 10-6, Tues 7-2, Wed 7-2, Thurs 2-9, Fri 7-2.
- Week 2 - Tues 2-9, Wed 7-2, Thurs 2-9, Fri 2–9, Sat 9-4.
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited Canadian or U.S. dental program (or NDEB equivalency).
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure with the Alberta Dental Association & College.
- Strong skills in general dentistry and a desire to work with families and children.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient-centered care philosophy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, growth, and long-term patient relationships.
