Summary:

The Associate Analyst supports the Engineering organization through a blend of administrative coordination, data analysis, and performance reporting. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), developing data tables and dashboards, and tracking engineering productivity, workload, and service metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and Maintain Engineering Support Requests, administratively support the Engineering team at various stages of the design cycle.
  • Prepare summary documentation for project close-out, cost allocation, and invoicing. Liaison between Accounting and Commercial teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of information transfer.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engineering productivity, workload, quality, and service levels.
  • Develop, maintain, and update data tables, trackers, and dashboards to monitor engineering performance and trends.
  • Partner with and support Engineering leadership through analysis of project schedules, capacities, and available resources as needed to ensure expected service levels.
  • Maintain and control engineering documentation, including standards, procedures, templates, and records.
  • Author, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and efficient engineering processes.
  • Support teams with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associates (2 -year degree) in Business Administration, Analytics, or Engineering Technician fields
  • Minimum one year of working experience in office management, data analytics, or engineering type roles.
