<p>Job description<br>We’re getting ready to launch Autostrada Oyster Bar & Grill this August in the stunning oceanside community of Britannia Beach, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to help bring it to life.<br><br>Inspired by the bounty of the West Coast and our Italian culinary roots, Autostrada Oyster Bar & Grill will offer vibrant, seasonal coastal cuisine, crafted cocktails, and warm, thoughtful service in a breathtaking setting.<br><br>This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to help build a restaurant and culture from the ground up, and to be part of a team that genuinely loves what they do.<br><br>About the Role:<br>As AGM, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and ownership to oversee daily operations, lead service with confidence and care, and help create an exceptional guest and team experience.
