We’re looking for a hands-on, organized Asset Management Specialist to manage finance operations and IT asset logistics. Location: Onsite – Toronto, ON Type: Contract Client: Large Enterprise Environment What You’ll Do Manage finance inbox, invoicing, and purchase orders Track and deploy laptops, phones, and office assets Support employee onboarding/offboarding (hardware, phones) Coordinate with vendors and internal teams Help run the corporate phone and procurement programs ✅ What You Bring 3+ years in finance ops, procurement, or IT asset coordination Strong Excel and ticketing system skills (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) Experience with enterprise clients Willing to lift 30 lbs and work on-site Ready to roll up your sleeves?.
