Job Title: AI Automation Developer
Location: Mississauga – Hybrid – 3 days/week
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced AI automation developer who has implemented projects which leveraged modern LLM and AI family of technologies, frameworks and techniques to create automated or semi-automated solutions that brought positive ROI and delivered meaningful positive difference for organizations in achieving their business goals.
Interested person must solution oriented, problem-solver with initiative, perspective and patience to understand, deeply existing processes and courage to challenge long standing assumptions to deliver meaningful shortening of workflow cycles.
This person will be developer who is not afraid of thinking within and outside the box.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on application development experience
- Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures and how to best apply them to build optimal software solutions
- Recent Python enterprise experiences – 3+ years (dependency management, performance tuning and multithreading)
- Extensive Java development background with 3+ years of recent experience
- Knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot (Java) and Flask/Django (Python)
- Experience with Python microservice running Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Expert in using modern IDE like IntelliJ, PyCharm, VSCode
- Ability to consistently produce clean, understandable and testable code
Highly recommended skills
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Java, full stack
- RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB
- Web services (SOAP, REST, etc.)
- UNIX/Linux Shell scripting
- Tomcat or Weblogic application server
- Experiences with adopting existing ML, NLP and other AI solutions
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
- Oracle and other RDBMS with strong SQL
- Experience in Cloud concepts and technologies: container build and orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, horizontal scaling
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Angular typescript and/or Javascript
