About the Role
As a Lead Architectural Technologist, you will play a dual role-leading projects and guiding your team, while remaining hands-on with technical production and coordination.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and values flexibility, creativity, and craftsmanship in architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural process from concept through construction, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative learning environment
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, and construction teams
- Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit
- Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Engage in design research and innovation, particularly in areas such as prefabrication, passive house, and sustainable materials
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in architecture or building technology
- Strong working knowledge of building envelopes, construction detailing, and Revit software
- Project management experience; familiarity with CCDC contracts is an asset
- A proactive, self-directed attitude with the ability to lead and inspire others
- Interest in innovative building technologies and sustainable design
- A passion for high-quality architecture in natural and remote settings
