JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to join our Campaign Operations team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating customer communication journeys, automation workflows, and personalized experiences. This role thrives in an agile environment, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver tailored marketing messages. Proficiency in HTML and EM rendering, especially using Litmus or similar tools, is highly valued.

The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, along with excellent communication and project management skills, is essential. Additionally, this role involves contributing innovative ideas on leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar technologies for scalable DETAILSAccountabilitiesCreate and send personalized email campaigns to target audiences, track performance metrics, and automate email journeys.Design and execute mobile marketing campaigns, including SMS and push notifications, to reach customers on their mobile devices.Create and automate customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, allowing you to deliver personalized and relevant experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.Manage and organize marketing content, such as images, videos, and documents, within the platform.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.Experience in assembling HTML for email campaigns, preferably within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.Strong familiarity with Litmus or similar tools for email testing and debugging.Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and standards.Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in optimizing HTML for various email clients and mobile devices is advantageous.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSLevel of EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as Email Specialist or Consultant, are preferred but not Related Experience+2 years of email and mobile marketing experience.Must have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Must have experience in building dynamic e-mails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (using AMPscript, HTML 5, CSS etc).Strong understanding of email best practices for design and workflow management.Experience in mobile marketing, including push notifications and SMS campaigns.Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a nice to have, but not required.Skills and BackgroundIn-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns seamlessly and ability to develop, modify and improve SQL-based Stored Procedures.Experience with peer review and validating test cases.Experience with quality testing and User Acceptance Testing.Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.SiriusXM Canada is committed to equity in employment and a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to strengthen and promote health protection within SiriusXM Canada, employment is conditional upon the ability to provide authorized proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status, at least 14 days prior to starting employment with SiriusXM Canada.
