The Analyst, Corporate Treasury will be responsible to maintain, improve, and optimize our banking structures and relationships with financial institutions to reduce costs and protect assets.

What your day-to-day will look like: Maintain and continuously cash flow forecasts Optimize existing processes to enhance liquidity risk management Support the implementation and compliance of internal controls, policies, and procedures Perform cash management functions including deposit and withdrawal activity, intercompany cash movement, and account funding Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash Stay up-to-date on financial regulation changes and evaluate the impact on the business Prepare presentation materials for various governance committees Assist with reporting and analysis of the firm’s funding, liquidity, and capital profile Collaborate with internal teams in performing stress testing, scenario planning and analysis, and peer benchmarking Support the VP, Finance & Corporate Treasury with negotiating bank and service fees Manage and maintain relationships with banking providers Support the team with ad-hoc everyday tasks, projects, and presentations You will thrive if you have: 2 years of experience in a role related to Treasury, Finance, Capital Markets, and/or related Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, and/or related field Meticulous attention to detail Knowledge of US and international corporate banking services, payment instruments, and payment/clearing systems A strong proficiency in Excel and Financial modeling A strong financial acumen Stellar time management and organizational skills – you have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Problem-solver abilities – you are able to think outside the box and think of creative solutions to problems An ownership mentality – the willingness to do whatever necessary to meet team goals What we offer: Working with a very passionate and supportive team, and finding a sense of belonging in the Clearcrew Competitive salaries and bonus, plus comprehensive medical and dental insurance A tech stipend to create your ideal work-from-home environment Mental health support and professional development opportunities in a culture that emphasizes work-life balance and transparency The chance to participate in high-impact work at a mission-driven organization Clearco is an equal opportunity employer.
