We're looking for a motivated Aluminum Foundry Caster to help keep production flowing with skill, precision, and pride.<br><br>
What You'll Do:<ul><li>Melt and pour aluminum into molds.</li><li>Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.</li><li>Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.</li><li>Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding).</li><li>Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean work area.</li></ul>
What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Safety-first attitude and attention to detail.</li><li>Physically capable (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods).</li><li>Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.</li><li>English communication skills.</li><li>High school diploma an asset — training provided</li></ul>
Work Schedule:<ul><li>4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (Days or Afternoons).</li></ul>
